A unique Downtown Cairo building, blending early modernist design with distinct Art Deco influences. Its streamlined façade, with its curved balconies and glass-paneling, makes a bold statement, drawing in the urban flâneur. Inside, a sculptural staircase with flowing lines and a sleek metal railing is softly illuminated by large frosted windows. The newly renovated interiors subtly echo this architectural language—muted warm tones, rounded archways, and black-framed glass elements.
