Third Space’s renovation of two 1930s apartments on Adly Street was guided by its founder’s lifelong interest in auctions and antiques. The goal: preserve their original residential character. Drawn to late Art Deco's lean toward early Bauhaus, he prioritized clean lines, strong forms, and a lived-in feel. Original parquet was restored and matched with reclaimed wood; furniture and fixtures came largely from auctions, including lamps and wall appliqués from the former Nile Hilton.
